A Seller’s Market in Jeremy Ranch
The Jeremy Ranch real estate market has firmly shifted into a seller’s market this year. In August 2024, the number of active listings plummeted by an incredible 54.2%, compared to August 2023. Last year, we had 24 homes on the market—now we only have 11. This drop in inventory has created a surge in competition for buyers, which is excellent news if you’re thinking about selling your home in Jeremy Ranch. With fewer homes available, sellers have a clear advantage when it comes to price negotiations and closing deals quickly.
Buyer Demand Continues to Rise
Despite the lower inventory, the number of sold listings has increased by 33.3%. That means more homes are being sold, even with fewer on the market. For buyers, this indicates strong demand and a need to act fast when they find the right property. Last year, we saw only three homes sell in August, but this year, that number jumped to four.

For buyers, this could mean you’ll find a better deal on square footage, especially if you’re patient and willing to wait for the right property to pop up. However, with inventory this low, don't wait too long—properties are moving faster than before.
Homes Are Taking Longer to Sell
Another important shift is the median days on market, which has surged by an incredible 850%! In 2023, homes were selling in just five days, while now they are sitting on the market for around 47 days. This doesn’t mean homes aren’t selling—it’s likely a reflection of sellers pricing more aggressively or buyers taking a bit longer to make decisions in a competitive market.
