Here’s why 2026 is already shaping up to be better than many expected: • Interest rates have come down and are expected to stay below the low 6s • Inventory is increasing, giving buyers more options and negotiating room • Prices are still rising, but at a much more moderate and sustainable pace (for now) The most important thing to know is this: Real estate is incredibly local.
